ANOTHER LETTER TO PASTORS
( Twentieth in a series of articles describing the formation of City Light Coalition, Inc., and the occurrence of the 1997 Tony Evans Crusade.)
As I write these articles and get to the technical details of what went on, I get somewhat concerned that it may lose the spiritual element of what happened. None of this could have happened with- out God’s leading. I have noted some of the miracles that took place, but I have not gotten to two of what I consider the biggest miracles. But you will just have to keep reading until we get to them in future articles. Believe it or not, we are nearing the end---or is it the beginning? If what happened did not have a lasting impact, I am not sure what we accomplished.
With that said, I am including the major elements of another letter we sent to the pastors. In doing so it occurs to me that many of the things listed here might be used by someone else in preparing for oth- er similar events to impact souls for Christ. In saying that, let me mention that any-

TIME AND ETERNITY
Time has a way of teaching us invaluable lessons... such as what really matters in life. At this season of my life, there are more days, months, and years in the past
than remain in the future; so for me, now is a season for evaluating how I live the re- maining time extension God gives me. It may be only another minute, or it may be twenty or thirty years. Everyone is familiar with the expression, “time  ies.” And it is true...the older one gets, the faster time  ies. Joe explained it to me one day. He said, “When you are a six-year-old child, it seems like Christmas takes a long time to roll around each year...12 months is 1/6 of that child’s life. But, when you are 70 years old, 12 months is 1/70th of one’s life.” So, you see, it is true, the older one gets, the faster time  ies.  is be- ing true, how should I live in this present corrupt generation? Do I need to make any adjustments in my thinking and liv- ing?  inking impacts living.  e way one thinks is the way one lives. So how about it? What needs to change? What have I allowed into the treasure chest of my heart
