Committing sexual immorality is sinning. Lying, even “little white lies” is sinning. Stealing, even if it is the other person’s reputation is sinning. Coveting, jealously desiring that which is not yours, is sinning. Someone said, “a pig by any other name is still a pig.”We, like Ezekiel, may  nd that telling the truth is not easy. It may even get us into “trouble.” We are called to tell the truth anyway.  is can be done, again like Eze- kiel did, with a very heavy heart, but truth telling is as critical today as it ever was.May we tell the truth in love even if it hurts.Ezekiel 2:4,5About two thousand six hundred years ago God called a man named Ezekiel to be a prophet. His job was unenviable. He was to tell the truth to people who stubbornly would not listen.
