God holds us responsi- ble for everything that is happening in the world. 2 Chronicles 7:14 “ if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”
Jesus broke the chains that bind. Even before His death on the cross He gave forgiveness for sin. In John 4, Jesus for- gave a woman who was living in sin with a man who was not her husband. In John 8, a woman was caught the sexual act of adultery, yet Jesus said, “Neither do I con- demn you.”
The links of our chains are guilt over pain, mistreatment and unfair losses, sorrow and resentment over broken relationships, fear of being hurt, doubt and unbelief in God, along with sins of unforgiveness and bitterness. If these chains bind our minds, our thoughts will be also, and since every action we take and every decision we make begins with a thought, our actions and de- cisions can be distorted by the chains of past memories. He brought them out of darkness, the utter darkness, and broke away their chains. Psalm 107:14
Are you willing and ready to break these chains? Will you allow God to break your
chains? I pray that you begin to break ev- ery chain in your life, that has caused you pain or that is causing you pain and hold- ing you back. As we apply God’s Word and power to our lives, and as we choose to walk in righteousness and obedience to God, the chains of bondage will be broken. Lord I pray, that someone who doesn’t know you is reading this and will come to know you. I pray that they ask you to forgive them of their sins, and that they believe you died and rose on the third day to take away their sins, and that they accept you into their life, allowing you to sit upon their heart as Lord and Savior, in Jesus Name. Father God, you told me in 2 Tim. 4:18 that you the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen. Father, I thank you that you have delivered me as you promised. Father God, I stand in agreement with your word and bind every evil work, that’s done in my family, home, ministry, health, finance, destinies, and all that belongs to you. I bind all generational curses that have been passed down to our descendants from the east, west, north and south; in heaven and on earth and in all other secret places they are hiding. I re- leased your word, the blood of Jesus, and your name covering all generations and myself. I release the blessings of the Lord Jesus. In Jesus name, Amen.
