The vision of the main campus of the Ecumenical University and the World Headquarters of theEcumenical Church is to be located at the northeast quadrant of the inter- section of Two Notch Road and Cov- enant Road within the City limits of Columbia, SC. The property was built in the late 1950’s with approximately 100,691 rentable square ft. It sits on approximately 14.57 acres with two points of access o  of Covenant Road and two points of access o  of Two Notch Road.The site is zone C-3, General Commer- cial. There are two major tenants: the South Carolina Department of Social Services (22,394 SF) and the United States Post O ce (6,708 SF). Rental income produced is nearly $250,000 annually. The site is one mile from Benedict College, a historically black institution of higher education.Our plans are to house the infrastruc- ture for our complete curriculum to be online and available worldwide. The system will facilitate video conferenc- ing, live broadcast of classroom in- struction to third world countries withaccess through smart phone technol- ogy. The system will provide back end computer resources for the interna- tional administrative overhead, class- room management for all of our sites worldwide.The o ces for the Ecumenical Church worldwide would also be housed at the complex and share technical re- sources, administrative sta  and stu- dent interns. Church and University leaders will hold meeting and confer- ences on the site. Church services, Bi- ble study and leadership training will also be held there.There will be a Health Center, Non Pro t Research and Development Center and a Wellness Center for stu- dents, sta  and community. The site will house a radio and television sta- tion operated by students interested in Communication ministry. We will o er EASL skills, as well as job train- ing in programming and coding skills.
