“No temptation has overtaken you ex- cept such as is common to man but God is faithful, who will not allow you to
be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.” 1 Corinthians 10:13
 ere’s no trial too great or temptation too strong that Satan can use to destroy you... if you face him from a position of knowing. Satan doesn’t have the power to compel men to sin against their free will. He has the ability to place temptation before you. He can seduce, entice, lure and deceive you. He cannot make you sin.
“Blessed is the man who endures temptation;
desires and enticed.  en, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin, and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death.”
James 1:12-15
God doesn’t tempt anyone. We’re tempted when we’re drawn away by our own carnal desires. If we allow Satan to  ll our minds with thoughts that continually feed these desires, we will eventually yield our wills to those desired and sin will be conceived in our hearts and minds, even before the sin manifests itself in our actions.
Satan’s  rst attack is our thoughts. Since he cannot overpower us and make us sin, he  rst tries to plant thoughts in our hearts and minds that will eventually cause us to
