INSTRUCTIONS FOR GODLY LIVING by: Luella Redfern
In preparation for our Esther Women of Influence annual conference and retreat, I begin praying and asking God to give me a message, a theme, a word of encouragement that would touch the hearts of all the women who attend this annual event. We have a diverse group of ladies from young girls to grandmas. Throughout His word God has given us all the biblical principles we need to love and encourage each other to continue seeking Him in good faith no matter what is going on in our lives or what is going in the world. Ladies we are a community of women empowered by God to develop one another spiritu- ally through a mentoring relationship with other women through Christ Jesus. Let’s not be distracted by the things of this world.
Many of us began our Christian experi- ence thinking we knew everything. We
continuous repentance is how we renew our mind, by allowing us to evaluate our lives and bring it into the light. We can walk with God for years but until we spend time with Him daily allowing the outside God to dwell within us, God will not increase our faith or our under- standing of who He is.
Romans 10:9-10 “That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and be- lieve in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
