visor for Christ Central.
She has been volunteering
for 4 years and loves every
minute. When asked why
she started volunteering
she said, "When I retired
from food service for the
Department of Mental Health, I wanted to do some-
thing to serve God's people. I love the homeless and
wanted to serve them for His kingdom." She ex-
presses that the love of working for the homeless,
seeing the smiles on their faces and the continuous
gratitude, brings her joy and blessings each day. is

Spotlight on Community Volunteers
2 Frozen Pie Shells
2 Eggs
2 Cups of Mozzarella Cheese
(or more if desiring extra
cheesiness!)
2 Zucchini
2 Yellow Squash
1 Medium sweet onion
Mustard
1 Tablespoon Basil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line frozen pie shells with
mustard. Dice and saute
zucchini, squash, and onion.
Combine with egg, basil,
salt, pepper and cheese. Put
mixture in prepared pie crusts.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until
golden and eggs are cooked.
