of experience and connections in the Charles-
ton area community. "With her life and profes-
sional experiences, Tandra has touched the lives
of many families and individuals from all walks
of life, but never before have they been touched
by her the way she is touching them today. A
touch that will stay with them forever.
On September 22nd, Tandra hosted a din-
ner at "the Lord's House", a vacation rental
home managed by her located at 1310 Lark
Lane, Charleston, SC 29410. e dinner was
a celebration announcing her answer to the
call God's has on her life. She also took this
opportunity to introduce the CityLight Esther
leadership board to her Esther prayer group.
Eighteen wonderful women of God in di er-
ent stages of their lives attended. e inter-
action between these Spirit lled women in
transition was evidence that this connection
was planted by God.
Tandra is a native of Greenwood, SC and cur-
rently resides in Charleston, SC. She is a di-
vorced mother of one daughter, Carly, who is
currently a senior at the University of South
Carolina. Tandra is a business owner with
vast knowledge and expertise in the housing
and community development industry. As
a certi ed Housing Development Finance
Professional (HDFP), Housing Credit Certi-
ed Professional (HCCP) licensed property
manager in charge (PMIC) and entrepreneur,
Tandra's professional experience includes over
twenty years of diverse and extensive industry
to identify and expand private and public sec-
tor business opportunities. Her involvement
resulted in a signi cant increase in a ordable
home ownership and rental housing opportu-
nities through partnerships with lenders, local
governments, and other organizations.
While working in both the public and private
sectors, Tandra touched the full spectrum of
housing for families and individuals from very-
low to upper income households. Tandra's most
recent endeavor has garnered success as a busi-
ness owner. Currently, as CEO/PMIC of TGI
Management & Consulting (TGI), Tandra
manages short and long term rentals including,
luxury vacation rental homes, upscale corporate
housing, Low Income Tax Credit Housing or
seniors and residential single/multifamily hous-
