To Be Sons
& Daughters

DAUGHTERS! We have equal respon-
sibility to serve, love, worship and obey.
In Psalms 22:23 it says "Shout Hallelujah,
you God-worshipers; give glory, you sons of
Jacob; adore him, you daughters of Israel."
In Acts 2:17-18 we read "And it shall be
in the last days," God says, "That I will pour
forth of my spirit on all mankind; and your
sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and
your young men shall see visions, and your
old men shall dream dreams; even on my
bondslaves, both men and women, I will in
those days pour forth of my spirit and they
shall prophesy."
Confining Yahweh to the human com-
parison of our own earthly parents is to
rob ourselves of a perfect parental connec-
tion! We have to learn to adjust the filter
through which we perceive Yahweh, and
expand our understanding of Him beyond
what we think is humanly possible. As His
child, our purpose is to love Him and those
around us, worship Him and no other, and
be sensitive to His Spirit moving. If we can
open ourselves up to the vast possibilities
of who He is and can be in our lives, then
we can begin to see a new way of relating to
a Father. We must be UNAFRAID to be
used in the ways HE wants to use us, so we
can bless His Kingdom! I challenge you to
BE UNAFRAID!! I challenge you to be
the son or daughter He is calling you to be!
Allow Him to move through you in ways
He has ALWAYS wanted to, but has never
been permitted. Experience your relation-
ship in a way you never have before!
